High-energy conditioning

TURF Sessions at Cassells Fitness are high-energy conditioning workouts designed to build endurance, power and all-round fitness. They sit alongside Rack as one of the main coached session types included in Cassells’ TRAIN offer, which positions Rack and Turf as the core training experience for members.
