What are Cassells Kids sessions?

Our kids and teen sessions are designed to help young people build confidence, coordination, strength and fitness in a safe, coach-led environment.

Each age group is structured to meet children where they are, giving them the right level of support, challenge and encouragement for their stage.

The goal is simple: help young people enjoy movement, build strong foundations, and develop positive habits that stay with them for life.
