What is Workout of the Day?

The Workout of the Day delivers structured, varied training designed to challenge your strength, fitness and endurance.

Each session is programmed by our coaching team, so you don’t have to think — just show up and train.

It is a simple, effective way to stay consistent while keeping your training fresh and engaging.

All coached sessions run within our structured timetable.

Monday – Friday (Morning)

  • 6:00am
  • 7:00am
  • 8:00am
  • 9:30am

Monday – Thursday (Evening)

  • 5:00pm
  • 6:30pm

Friday (Evening)

  • 5:00pm

Saturday (Morning)

  • 7:00am
  • 8:00am
  • 9:00am

Sessions rotate between RACK (strength), TURF (conditioning) and Workout of the Day, giving you a complete training system across the week.
