Cassells classes are designed to make training clear. Each class has a specific role, whether that is building strength, improving conditioning, developing running, or giving you the flexibility to train on your own schedule.

FitKids

Training for ages 5–15

FitKids is our youth training pathway, designed to build confidence, movement and strong foundations for life.

With dedicated sessions for different age groups, it gives young people the right balance of fun, structure and progression.
