What is RACK?

RACK Sessions are our strength-based group training sessions, built around barbells, racks and progressive lifts.

Each session focuses on compound movements — squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press — alongside accessory work to improve mobility, stability and resilience.

This is structured strength training without the intimidation of a commercial gym.

When can I attend?

All coached sessions run within our structured timetable.

Monday – Friday (Morning)

  • 6:00am
  • 7:00am
  • 9:30am

Monday – Thursday (Evening)

  • 5:00pm
  • 6:30pm

Friday (Evening)

  • 5:00pm

Sessions rotate between RACK (strength), TURF (conditioning) and Workout of the Day, giving you a complete training system across the week.
