What is TURF?

TURF Sessions at Cassells Fitness are built for people who want to improve fitness, endurance, and athletic performance through purposeful, coach-led training.

These sessions use sleds, ski ergs, rowers, kettlebells, and bodyweight drills to deliver intense, functional workouts that challenge your engine and build real-world fitness.
