RACK Sessions at Cassells Fitness are our strength-based group training sessions, built around barbells, racks and progressive lifts. Each session is designed to help members build real, functional strength with expert coaching in a supportive, community-driven environment. The focus is on compound lifts such as the squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press, alongside accessory work to improve mobility, stability and overall resilience. This fits the current TRAIN positioning on the memberships page, which describes Rack and Turf as the core session types.
